Filter for Primavera P6 Activities with Lags

Normally, to find lags in a Primavera P6 schedule, you either manually go through each activity or create a report. I do not know about you, but my preference will be to have a layout which filters activities with lags, so that I can use it in meetings or to review of an issued schedule.

Therefore, here is workaround for creating a filter for lags and leads (negative lags) in a Primavera P6 schedule. And though not the prettiest of filters around, I have found it handy when reviewing contractors schedules.
