Where to get help from other users of Microsoft Project
Microsoft Project has an incredibly good Help section which can be accessed through the Help tab on the ribbon by clicking on the question mark icon (?) or by pressing the F1 key on your keyboard.
Despite the availability of this rich Help system, there are times when you cannot get the answers you need, and this is when you might need to tap into the knowledge and experience of other users of Microsoft Project. And luckily, there are free forums online where people are willingly giving up their time to answer questions and help other users.
My top 3 online forums for finding help with Microsoft Project are:
Project Tech Community: This is a forum officially supported by Microsoft and with their might behind it, the forum has attracted many SMEs including Microsoft Project MVPs such as Paul Mather & Dale Howard.
Reddit community r/MSProject: This is a highly active forum of more than 3,500 members. You are all but guaranteed to find a solution to your Microsoft Project problem here.
MSOffice Forums’ Project subforum: While this community has become a bit dormant of late, it still has a rich database of previously answered queries, which users can still find extremely useful.
